According to general manager Brad Treliving, Parsons was "unable to satisfy quarantine rules" and thus won't participate in the Calgary Flames' training camp, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
Parsons accepted his one-year, two-way qualifying offer from the Calgary Flames on Friday, PuckPedia reports.
