Does player agree to LTIR

All injuries are treated the same, regardless of if the player is on IR or LTIR. If the team's medical staff determines that a player is not healthy enough to play, and is expected to miss at least 7 days, the team is eligible to put the player on IR. If the medical staff determine the player is expected to miss at least 10 games AND 24 days, then the team is eligible to put the player on LTIR.  The team then has the option to keep the player active, put them on IR, or put them on LTIR.  The player is not involved in that decision.
